WARPED TOUR!!!!

a long day, and lots to tell. starting with the bands that i ended up watching. there was a couple pretty good mainstage bands, including Relient K, and briefly joined the crowd for No Use For A Name to get some early moshing in (around 1-ish). and then there was

Skindred
they blew my mind. quite literally. it was aching for hours after. got 'em to sign my program, 'cause they're cool like that.

later, caught the last half of MXPX, which was a surprisingly good show. their set ran later than scheduled, so Billy Idol was running late, and before he even finished, onto the next stage over comes...

The Offspring!
they actually brought out a fire hose!! it was sooo refreshing. and they played Session! and apparently there was a 1000+ crowd-surfer count. my theory is it was when one of these people landed on me that i lost my hat. but i can't think of a better place to lose an Offspring hat than at an Offspring concert. Besides, it was due for retirement, anyways.
